One of the HIGHLIGHTS of the San Diego Zoo is the Panda exhibit. There are only 1,600 Pandas left in the entire world. The San Diego Zoo has 4 of them. There are only 12 Pandas in the United States zoos......We were able to see the daddy panda and the year old baby.

Everyone loves ELEPHANTS!Today was supposed to be our stay at home and chill (oops! Freudian slip) day. But the weather is anything but warm and sunny. It is COLD and RAINY! So we bundled up and went to the Zoo. Lots of cold fun. We rode the double decker bus for a 40 minute tour and Colton, Cannon and Crew slept. They were worn out. We probably needed more time to see everything, but it was shivery cold even in our long pants and jackets. We spent some time playing May I in the evening. Still a fun day!

What a fun way to spend a cold day!! It looks like it was fun even though the weather didn't cooperate!! AND, the boys got in a good nap!
