This is the culprit! My 4 1/2 year old Maytag dishwasher. It hasn't worked since February 10th. The repairman came today....completely dismantled the dishwasher....we found more pieces of glass from the pyrex explosion.....the VERDICT! Over $600.00 worth of parts are ordered and will be shipped to our house. (thank goodness we have the $68.00 extended warranty, so the parts will be free) BUT the first appointment time the repairman can return to put the parts in the dishwasher is February 27th!! I continue to trek up and down the stairs carrying my heavy laundry basket and using Brady and Laurel's dishwasher.....loading, washing, unloading and doing it all over twice each day.

That is so crappy. Tell Brady to get of his phat arse and carry those dishes up and down the stairs for you. I love you mommy.

P.S. I thought it was the "Maytag Man" that was the repair man who never had any jobs because their appliances never broke? Judging by the length of time it takes to schedule you next appointment it seems quite the opposite to me!
