Try this! Doesn't have to be refrigerated till opened. Has a year shelf life. Looks like milk and tastes good when cold. You can use this for food storage and your family might like it better than powdered milk. I bought a case at Costco and wanted to pass on the food storage suggestion....the new food storage emphasis is to store 3 months of food that your family would normally eat....but if you can't get fresh milk.....RICE DREAM DRINK!
