Johnny's blessing day---Great Grandma and Grandpa Rex with Emily and Megan. Johnny's middle name comes from his great-grandpa, Charles Rex.
Johnny is our only son, sandwiched between two big and two little sisters. The second his dad saw his face at birth (before seeing any other parts) he said, "It's a boy!!" So John's dad recognized his son and namesake immediately. How blessed we are to have this special son. Each and every stage of his life has been a joy. John is/was/has always been a great baby, (our easiest) child, teenager, and young adult. Johnny didn't start to talk very early and then when he did begin, he talked in 3 fast sentences all together. Johnny loves sports, hot dogs, reading inspiring books, people, traveling, sharing the gospel with others, working hard and being conscientious in everything he does, his family and especially Brittney! Johnny has a sensitive and loving heart and cares so much for people. We always tease that something has ruined or taken precedence over his birthday.....so I hope that John's birthday today is ALL ABOUT HIM! Happy, happy birthday dear son, John! WE LOVE YOU!
